Best provincial result from Morlincourt and 5-8-9 etc Chimay 2,056 p.

Although we were not completely satisfied about our result from the youngbird race from Morlincourt (311 kms) last Saturday, it turned out to be the best on average points in our province (Afdeling 8/GOU, 431 fanciers participating).
We entered 13 pigeons and won 10 prize cards 1:4 of which 7 prizes in the first 10%. We won (6,496 pigeons participating): 78, 85, 113, 178, 336, 416, 483, 668, 1098 and 1234. With one early pigeon the result would have been good. The first pigeon that arrived is a son of NL17-1055923 'Marnix' x NL19-1465499 'Oreo' (full sister 'Piet').
Fall race
We also participated in a 'natour' (fall) race. We entered 18 pigeons and won 9 prizes, of which 3 x in the top 10 against 2,056 pigeons. We won: 5-8-9-46-91 etc. Our first two birds were our toppers NL20-1302163 'Pizza' (from 'Linus' x 'Katja') and NL19-1466491 'Orina' (from 'Kurt' x 'Ivy').
