Hoogeveen brothers won 1st Tienen 2,947 pigeons (25% Ebben)

Last weekend the Hoogeveen brothers from Ochten, who race in the same federation as us, had a great result, they beat us by only 38 seconds (we won 12 & 13) but when you race in an area like ours, every second counts. They won 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 against 2,947 pigeons.
The 1st prize winner is for 25% from our strain. It was bred out of 'Galaxy' (8th provincial ace pigeon middle distance) and he is a grandson to NL07-1513778 'Cyrus' when mated to NL18-1682575 (daughter 'Diablo'). This couple gave a lot of good pigeons for the Hoogeveen brothers.
We hope Bart and Thijs will have a lot of success in the next weeks, but we will certainly try to beat them!
